Sample requirements:

preparation of design documentation for at least 5 km of track surface together with engineering structures,
completion of two investments involving the construction of at least 5 km of tracks with an occupancy permit,
completion of a building structure with an area of at least at least 20,000 m² using BIM methodology.

Conclusions: the requirements are very detailed and refer to specific types of structures (including railway construction, airport infrastructure).

Key positions evaluated in the procedures:

Construction Manager with at least 12 months of experience on a contract valued at ≥ PLN 100 million, at least 12 months on a contract valued at ≥ PLN 100 million,
Contractor’s Representative with experience in FIDIC projects,
BIM Coordinator with at least BIM with at least 24 months of practice in large building / airport projects.
