    Our story began many years ago...

    The history of our firm began many years ago, when attorney Przemysław Wierzbicki decided to create something different in the Polish legal market. Seeing that many lawyers did not understand business needs and did not listen to clients, he decided to build a firm closer to a modern consulting company than a traditional law firm.

    • "Wierzbicki Adwokaci i Radcowie Prawni" Sp.k. is established

      This is the next stage of our operations—clients, cases, and colleagues begin to grow, making it necessary to provide a larger and more formal framework for the entire venture.

    • We establish cooperation with INSOL Europe

      As part of the bankruptcy/restructuring practice, we start cooperation with the largest European organization of bankruptcy and restructuring practitioners.

    • Public procurement practice develops

      The Law Firm begins to handle further projects in the field of public procurement.

    • First mass disputes

      We undertake the first orders related to the so-called Swiss franc disputes.

    • Windykacja Premium is established

      In order to implement projects related to the trade in receivables, we establish a separate company – Windykacja Premium Sp. z o.o.

    • Attorney Wierzbicki with a restructuring advisor license

      We are also starting to work on behalf of the courts. Currently, such cases are handled mainly by a separate, specially appointed company – Wierzbicki Doradcy Restrukturyzacyjni i Syndycy Sp. z o.o.

    • We change our name to "KKLW Wierzbicki i Wspólnicy"

      We start cooperation with the KKLW group.

    • Historic settlement

      Thanks to our efforts, the historic dispute resulting from the bankruptcy of a well-known printing company in Warsaw is coming to an end, and this dispute included a total of several dozen proceedings: civil, commercial, administrative and criminal. As part of the dispute, precedent-setting issues related to bankruptcy, Paulian complaint and accession to the rights of a satisfied creditor were discussed.

    • We expand our training activities

      Another company is established – Odnowa Sp. z o.o. – whose task is to carry out training and projects related to knowledge management.

    • Bank and insurance guarantees in practice and case law

      In cooperation with WoltersKluwer, we publish the book "Bank and Insurance Guarantees in Practice and Jurisprudence", which is a unique practical study of issues related to bank and insurance guarantees.

    • We build an automation team

      We map processes, hire specialists, implement our own robots and other automation tools to support the simultaneous handling of several thousand proceedings.

    • We exceed 100 people

      We are growing – there are already over 100 people: lawyers, support people, experts, financiers and taxpayers.

    • Przemysław Wierzbicki appointed trustee in one of the largest bankruptcies in Poland

      We are commencing, at the request of the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, one of the largest bankruptcies of a construction company in Poland, which, among other things, is involved in a dispute over claims related to a motorway construction contract (maximum scope of claims – PLN 1.5 billion).

    • We change our name to "Wierzbicki&Co"

      We are entering the next stage of development – we want to be a modern consulting company, with an effective and efficient structure, capable of providing support to clients in a variety of projects, including those of the highest value or size.
