About me
In his work, he combines knowledge of regulations with an understanding of economic realities, supporting clients in situations requiring quick, accurate and business-justified decisions.
He advises entrepreneurs, institutional creditors, and other participants in bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings on matters related to insolvency and the threat of insolvency. He represents clients at all stages of the proceedings – from legal analysis and strategy development, through ongoing advice, to litigation, asset protection, and debt recovery.
He has participated in projects involving, among other things, preparing and reviewing documentation in bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings, analyzing the financial and legal status of companies, assessing insolvency risks, and pursuing claims and securing creditors’ interests. He collaborates with both creditors and debtors, as well as restructuring advisors, providing a broad, practical perspective on insolvency proceedings.
A special place in his practice is occupied by issues related to the liability of management board members in the event of insolvency, creditor protection, challenging acts performed to the detriment of the bankruptcy estate, and disputes arising from bankruptcy proceedings.
