About me
She heads the firm’s tax practice and is responsible for implementing projects of significant financial significance, requiring a combination of strategic advice and litigation experience. She specializes in tax advisory services for highly complex and business-critical matters, particularly in the areas of tax risk management and support in key financial decision-making. She provides clients with consistent support from the planning stage to dispute resolution and audits.
Her practice has focused on working with businesses from the outset. For many years, she provided comprehensive legal and tax support to a Polish developer listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, providing comprehensive legal and tax support: from ongoing advisory services, through real estate acquisitions and construction investments, to advising the capital group, including foreign entities. Simultaneously, she developed international experience, collaborating with law firms in Europe and the United States on projects involving the development of cross-border structures involving Polish entrepreneurs.
Legal education obtained at French universities and experience in international projects translate into a broad perspective and the ability to conduct cross-border cases, including in English and French.
She focuses on handling tax disputes and representing clients in audits and proceedings before tax authorities and administrative courts. He handles high-value cases that require the development and consistent implementation of a procedural strategy aimed at protecting the client’s interests and mitigating financial and reputational risks.
A significant part of her practice is public aid projects – from designing and structuring support, through preparing notification processes, to supporting proceedings before the European Commission.
She also advises entities in the education sector, particularly private schools. He has conducted multi-year, complex, high-value administrative proceedings concerning the repayment of educational subsidies.
