Kamil Spyła specializes in litigation (commercial) and criminal cases. He also advises on matters related to medical law and professional and disciplinary liability in regulated professions.
About me
In criminal cases, including those related to economic crime (white collar crime), she represents clients at all stages of proceedings – both before criminal courts and in contacts with law enforcement authorities and prosecutors.
He also conducts litigation in commercial cases, in particular for clients from the construction, development and insurance industries. He has experience in negotiations and participates in mediation proceedings.
She advises on matters related to medical law — in particular those concerning medical errors — and also represents clients in professional and disciplinary proceedings conducted by self-governments of regulated professions.
During his studies, he was involved in pro bono activities within the Academia Iuris foundation, providing free legal advice to the poor.
