We conduct civil and commercial disputes for entrepreneurs and public institutions – from the risk analysis and strategy building stage, through to final judgment and enforcement.
We represent clients before common courts and in separate proceedings. We possess extensive experience and expertise in appearing before the highest instances in Poland (the Supreme Court, the Supreme Administrative Court, and the Constitutional Tribunal), as well as at the European level, i.e., before the Court of Justice of the EU and the European Court of Human Rights.
We represent clients in all modes of civil proceedings (general civil, adversarial, non-adversarial, commercial, and other separate proceedings). In our work, we combine litigation experience with an understanding of business realities.

Multi-threaded dispute concerning a Paulian action
A multi-threaded dispute concerning a Paulian action regarding the transfer of real estate in Warsaw, valued at nearly PLN 100 million, to a special purpose vehicle, which included, among others: Paulian action proceedings by the receiver, payment proceedings, criminal proceedings for acting to the detriment of the company, and compensation proceedings.
