Administrative disputes and proceedings before administrative courts

We represent clients in proceedings before administrative bodies and administrative courts, including cassation cases before the Supreme Administrative Court.

We assist in building arguments, compiling evidence, and conducting procedural correspondence to minimize regulatory and financial risks. We also advise on disputes at the interface of administration and business, where speed and procedural precision are crucial.

In many areas, we have led courts to issue groundbreaking rulings, e.g., concerning railway market regulations, construction law, the repayment of EU subsidies spent improperly, or the so-called Warsaw real estate.

Our dispute resolution practice has been recognized in the international Legal 500 ranking, and the firm’s lawyers took 1st place in the “Litigation and Arbitration” category in the Rzeczpospolita ranking.
