About me
In his work, he prioritizes effectiveness and the conscious development of a litigation strategy tailored to the client’s interests and business goals. He handles each case with time and results in mind – ensuring the proceedings run smoothly and the adopted solutions effectively lead to the recovery of owed funds. From the very first stage of a dispute, he focuses on achieving the entrepreneur’s key goal: rapid and effective enforcement.
Selected experience and achievements:
– achieving a settlement in multi-threaded proceedings arising from an IT contract with a total value exceeding PLN 20 million,
– successfully representing a client in a dispute concerning the performance of a contract for specific work related to a strategic infrastructure investment of significant scale in Poland,
– representing a client in administrative proceedings concerning obtaining a building permit for a hotel in a seaport,
– handling some of the most demanding disputes in the development sector for key market participants – in particular cases concerning the settlement of premises (so-called “partition walls”) – resulting in favorable, including final, decisions, contributing to shaping the jurisprudence in this area.
