He has experience in implementing new legal regulations in client organizations. He has led comprehensive projects related to, among other things, implementing new legal obligations for clients, developing operational methodology and documentation.

He represents clients in court proceedings, particularly in commercial and employment matters. His practice includes handling disputes concerning the termination of commercial lease agreements, representing a foreign entrepreneur in several parallel proceedings against the landlord. He also advised a technology client on litigation strategy related to the termination of a subsidy agreement by a public authority, combining civil and administrative law issues.

In one of the more unusual cases, he developed and implemented an effective strategy for recovering a CIT refund for a foreign client in a situation where the Polish company – the formal beneficiary – did not have a bank account and was unable to open one due to lack of business activity and planned liquidation.
