We help in the proper establishment and termination of employment relationships – starting from the preparation of employment contracts and managerial contracts, through the development of contractual clauses (e.g. non-competition), to the safe termination of contracts with employees.
We advise on the design and implementation of remuneration systems, incentive programs (including employee shareholding) and in collective matters, such as disputes with trade unions or employment restructuring. Our team has experience in social security law and proceedings before bodies such as the National Labour Inspectorate, the National Health Fund, PFRON or ZUS. Our priority is to ensure the compliance of HR activities with applicable regulations while understanding the business reality. We support clients in organizing HR policy that minimizes legal risks and promotes the company’s development.
