Dr Weronika Marzecka-Nowakowska

She focuses her practice on litigation, with particular emphasis on financial litigation cases. She represents clients at the stage of court proceedings, prepares pleadings and participates in hearings, negotiations and mediations.

She has many years of experience in handling high-volume portfolios and in providing day-to-day advice to financial institutions. In his work, he combines high substantive standards with care for efficient organization of processes and effective cooperation with the client. She also has experience in coordinating the work of the team and in streamlining internal procedures.

Her research interests include the protection of human rights, the right to a court, professional ethics of an attorney and the issue of consumer protection in disputes with financial institutions.

Since 2025, he has been a lecturer at the Edward Lipiński Academy of Applied Sciences in Kielce.
