About me
It specializes in supporting both contracting authorities and contractors at all stages of public procurement procedures. In particular, it deals with the preparation and verification of procurement documents, the formulation of the provisions of SWZ and contracts, the analysis of offers and the assessment of the compliance of solutions with regulations and competitiveness principles. She also supports the firm’s clients in the course of proceedings, including the preparation of explanations, supplements and legal remedies, as well as in identifying and minimizing risks related to the course of proceedings.
She gained experience in the implementation of proceedings for large public sector entities, including health care units, which allowed her to work on projects of significant scale and high degree of complexity – both in terms of the value of contracts and the multi-threaded nature of documentation and regulatory requirements. In practice, she has also participated in projects related to the area of defence and security, requiring special diligence in terms of procedural compliance and information protection.
