Beniamin Rostankowski provides tax and legal advice to companies from various industries, mainly construction and infrastructure, with particular emphasis on corporate income tax (CIT) and value added tax (VAT).
About me
In his daily work, Beniamin Rostankowski supports entrepreneurs in current issues in the field of tax law, analyses commercial transactions in terms of their tax consequences, helping to identify risks and select solutions corresponding to the specifics of the Client’s business.
He participates in projects involving the assessment of the tax consequences of transactions, as well as in supporting clients in the course of tax proceedings, especially regarding VAT refunds.
Beniamin Rostankowski also supports the firm’s clients in the field of education law and day-to-day legal services for entities from the education sector.
A special area of his professional interests is the use of artificial intelligence tools in creating solutions for tax clients, including in the process of data analysis, organizing information and supporting work on issues requiring a comprehensive legal and tax assessment.
He is also the author of publications on legal and tax issues, published, among m.in others, in “Rzeczpospolita” and “FX Mag”.
