Environmental regulations are today one of the key risk factors for infrastructure, energy, and extractive projects.
Environmental decisions, water permits, and concessions are increasingly becoming subjects of disputes, both at the administrative stage and in judicial proceedings, and their challenge can lead to multi-year delays or the suspension of investments.
We represent investors and public entities in cases concerning the use of natural resources, where the stakes involve the possibility of implementing projects of significant economic importance.
