Transmission networks (gas pipelines, oil pipelines, power grids)

We advise at every stage of transmission investments, including the preparation of tender procedures, contract negotiations (including according to FIDIC standards) and issues of financing and subsequent operation of infrastructure. We cooperate with both public entities (transmission system operators) and private contractors.

Our advice covers all aspects of the project, from obtaining the necessary administrative decisions (including environmental decisions) and technical arrangements, through land ownership and safety issues, to final acceptance and commissioning of the infrastructure. Thanks to our experience in projects of strategic importance (such as cross-border offshore gas pipelines or the expansion of the national power grid), we are able to effectively guide our clients through complex administrative and regulatory procedures related to transmission infrastructure.
