In addition to our well-developed mass insurance disputes practice, which constitutes an important part of our mass litigation services, we have been handling individual insurance and compensation disputes since the very beginning of our operations.
This includes property and personal injury claims as well as recourse actions. We represent insurance companies and institutional clients in court and arbitration disputes, ensuring proper treatment of liability, scope of coverage, and exclusions.
