Advising a capital group from the real estate industry (listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange) on obtaining a number of financings, in the total amount of approximately PLN 0.5 billion, in transactions aimed at financing a number of commercial investments (shopping centres, housing estates and other projects).

– foreign-currency-indexed mortgage loans,
