Representation of a partner in a company, one of Poland’s largest meat processing plants, in a dispute with other partners. The dispute included, among others: proceedings before the labor court, for the exclusion of a partner, for the dissolution of the company, for the annulment of resolutions, and criminal proceedings for actions detrimental to the company.

Representation of one of the shareholders of a joint-stock company, a regional leader in the steel trade market. In a series of disputes with the majority shareholder, which included, among others: proceedings for the annulment of company body resolutions, compensation for actions detrimental to the company, and proceedings before labor courts.

Representation of a partner in a limited liability company, which was a special purpose vehicle for the implementation of one of the larger regional shopping center projects. This included, among others: bankruptcy proceedings, a dispute over compulsory acquisition of shares, recovery of loans, determination of the effectiveness of the revocation of power of attorney for the other board member, company dissolution, annulment of company body resolutions, criminal proceedings for actions detrimental to the company and fraud, and a ban on business activity for a board member.
