Banking Disputes
For many years, we have supported the banking sector. We represent clients in court disputes. We provide advisory services on various legal (regulatory) issues.
For over 10 years, we have represented banks in court proceedings involving complex legal, regulatory, and procedural issues requiring a coherent strategy and uniform service standards.
We actively participate in developing and continuously adapting our Clients’ litigation strategy to current requirements arising from the case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union and the Supreme Court. This strategy encompasses both conducting court disputes and recommending follow-up actions after decisions are issued, taking into account the minimization of legal and operational risks on the part of Banks and financial institutions.
We prepare legal opinions and recommendations concerning key legal issues. We assist clients in developing optimal action scenarios and decision-making frameworks regarding specific procedural actions, such as securing the Bank’s claims, limiting the risk of initiating further enforcement or court proceedings.
We utilize advanced automation solutions enabling effective management of court disputes and minimization of procedural risks.
Our dispute practice has been recognized in the international Legal 500 ranking, and the firm’s lawyers ranked 1st in the “Litigation and Arbitration” category in the Rzeczpospolita ranking.
Our specialization includes representation of Banks in court proceedings concerning:
– loans denominated and indexed to foreign currencies (FX Disputes),
