We represent investors, developers, financial institutions and public entities in matters related to the acquisition, implementation, commercialization and restructuring of real estate in all market segments - commercial, residential, industrial and logistics.
We run projects of various scales, from single land properties to complex asset portfolios, shopping malls, logistics facilities and Class A office buildings in central locations. We act in cases where the security of transactions, the effectiveness of the investment process and the ability to implement the project in accordance with the assumed schedule and financial model are at stake.
Our practice covers the full spectrum of real estate issues: from due diligence, asset deals and share deals, through negotiating lease and lease agreements, to supporting development projects, including construction contracts and administrative disputes related to the investment process. We also represent clients in disputes concerning legal title to real estate, reprivatization claims and administrative decisions that directly affect the possibility of using the property or its market value.
In addition, we represent investors and developers in matters related to the implementation of development and investment projects, including disputes and negotiations concerning construction contracts with general contractors and in administrative proceedings conditioning the implementation of investments, including obtaining building permits, environmental decisions and other key administrative approvals. We also represent developers in disputes with buyers of premises, in particular in cases concerning liability for physical and legal defects of real estate and other consumer claims, including disputes resulting from discrepancies in determining the usable area of premises.
