We help secure industrial property rights (portfolio management of trademarks, patents, utility and industrial designs) and copyrights, including in the digital environment. We represent clients in court and administrative disputes concerning trademark, patent or design infringements, actively acting both at the national level (before the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland, courts) and at the EU level (proceedings before EUIPO/OHIM). We also advise on the protection of databases, which is of key importance in the era of the information-based economy.
