    Arbitration

Arbitration is becoming an increasingly chosen method of dispute resolution in Poland, but effective representation in arbitration requires a distinct procedural approach, a well-considered strategy, and above all, experience in working with arbitration court regulations and international standards.

We represent clients in arbitration disputes and in hybrid projects (combining arbitration proceedings with proceedings before common courts), ensuring a coherent strategy at all stages. We assist in selecting dispute resolution mechanisms (arbitration clauses, procedure, composition, evidentiary proceedings), and then conduct the case in a results-oriented and predictable manner. In practice, we combine legal argumentation with a case management approach to control costs, schedule, and risk.

The client’s needs are always our priority. If they can be better realized through mediation, we participate in mediations before permanent institutions (including the Court of Arbitration at the Lewiatan Confederation and the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce) or ad hoc. We always carefully and in cooperation with the client build argumentation, prepare and implement negotiation strategies, and engage professionals in mediation who will perform best in a given project.

Our practice has been recognized in the international Legal 500 ranking, and the firm’s lawyers took 1st place in the “Litigation and Arbitration” category in the Rzeczpospolita ranking
