Construction disputes are among the most demanding – both at the strategy and preparation stage, and during court or arbitration proceedings. This results from the necessity of precise determination of technical facts and analysis of extensive design documentation. Therefore, our advice is proactive: we cooperate closely with clients’ technical staff and external experts and specialists.

Many years of practice have taught us that entrepreneurs primarily expect support based on quick and concrete decisions. We take on the burden of managing contentious situations, allowing clients to focus on their core business. We are adept at handling cases based on the main contractual templates operating in commercial transactions, including FIDIC standards.

We represent principals before common and arbitration courts, but we are equally keen to support them in negotiations and settlement talks – particularly within mediation before the Permanent Arbitration Court at the General Counsel to the Republic of Poland. We believe that a diligently crafted settlement is often a more favorable solution for the client than a multi-year lawsuit.
