We have extensive experience in handling complex projects implemented under the mode of public procurement, public-private partnership (PPP) and concessions, providing support at every stage of the investment – from planning, designing and preparing tender procedures, through contract negotiations, to obtaining financing and supervision over implementation.

We advise on the development and negotiation of contracts covering the design, construction, financing and operation of infrastructure (including in the DBFO, DBO, BOT formula and based on FIDIC standards). We cooperate with both public entities (government administration, local governments, state-owned companies) and private investors and general contractors. We advise institutions financing projects. The team’s approach is strictly sector-oriented, combining legal knowledge with knowledge of the technical and financial aspects of infrastructure projects.
