He supports contractors in proceedings conducted by Centralny Port Komunikacyjny sp. z o.o., including competitive dialogues concerning, among other things, the construction of the Passenger Terminal. He also specializes in investments related to the expansion and modernization of railway lines. <\/p>\n
He represents parties in court and mediation disputes concerning the implementation of infrastructure contracts, including before the Arbitration Court at the General Prosecutor’s Office.<\/p>\n
