He advises entrepreneurs, institutional creditors, and other participants in bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings on matters related to insolvency and the threat of insolvency. He represents clients at all stages of the proceedings \u2013 from legal analysis and strategy development, through ongoing advice, to litigation, asset protection, and debt recovery. <\/p>\n
He has participated in projects involving, among other things, preparing and reviewing documentation in bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings, analyzing the financial and legal status of companies, assessing insolvency risks, and pursuing claims and securing creditors’ interests. He collaborates with both creditors and debtors, as well as restructuring advisors, providing a broad, practical perspective on insolvency proceedings. <\/p>\n
