We advise on the construction of legally secure solutions that enable negotiations and stabilization of the financial situation outside of formal court proceedings. <\/p>\n<p>We help to carry out the restructuring process in a controlled manner, limiting losses and really increasing the company&#8217;s chances of further operation.<\/p>\n<p>Our practice consists of an interdisciplinary team comprising not only lawyers, but also experts in the field of corporate finance, state aid, experts and restructuring advisors (receivers).
