We act in proceedings concerning environmental impact assessments, environmental conditions decisions, water permits, and mining concessions, effectively challenging overly restrictive interpretations of regulations and decisions of administrative bodies. <\/p>\n<p>We handle cases at all stages of the investment process \u2013 from disputes related to obtaining environmental decisions, through defending issued rulings before appellate bodies, to proceedings before administrative courts.
